Policies

As the studio continues to grow and adapt, here general overview of our policies for the studio. These policies are intended to stabilize lesson times, and maintain a constant progress for all of the students. The goal is to ensure that everyone has a secure and consistent lesson schedule.

Policy Overview

1. Payment Structure:

Monthly, predictable, tuition payments are required for piano classes. Options include: 30-minute weekly classes, 45-minute weekly classes, and hourly weekly classes. Tuition cost is the same every month, like a subscription reserving your time slot in the studio schedule monthly.

2. Emergency cancellation

Each student is allowed one make-up lesson per semester, which can be utilized in the event of a sick day or an emergency.

3. Payment Schedule:

Payments for classes are due on a monthly basis. Monthly payments must be made within the first three days of each month.

4. Late Payment Fee:

Late fee of $15 will be charged if payment is not transferred by 11:00 pm on the third day of each month

5. Recitals:

Recitals will be offered once per semester. Participation in the recital costs $20 per student.

6. Books:

Books and other materials will be purchased at the recommendation of the teacher.
